We live in the Information Age, but how much information do you really have about your business?

Can you answer these 6 questions about your business today with accuracy, confidence and speed?.
1) Who are your 20 most profitable clients this month, last month, and from the begining of the year to date?
2) How much money has been clawed-back this year? From which accounts?
3) Has all the brokerage come in for all the new-business that you wrote last month?
4) Which clients meet the 80/20 rule? Are you servicing the right people?
5) How is your team of Authorised Representatives performing this year? Who is bringing the most profitable clients overall? Who is second? Third? By how much?
6) If you are paying your team with incentive-based payments how long does it take to calculate their distributions? Is it accurate?
If you cannot answer these questions quickly and accurately or even at all then maybe you should ask one more question:
